Rossanna began her diverse career representing Venezuela as a diplomat to the Committee on Finance at the United Nations in New York, and made the rare leap from public to private sector work in 2000 by joining the Emerging Markets Group at JPMChase. Her desire to help further the careers of EM professionals worldwide led her to an executive director position at Options Group, where she was instrumental in broadening the company’s reach in Latin America. After establishing the company’s first office in São Paulo, Brazil, Rossanna embarked upon an entrepreneurial role. She founded The Talent Circle in 2008. Rossanna holds a B.A. in International Affairs from the Universidad Central de Venezuela and a M.A. in Government and Politics from St. John's University in New York. She is a PCC-level Columbia University-certified Coach, a member of the Emerging Markets Charity Committee and a member of the Women Leaders Parity Group of the World Economic Forum

Angela Jimenez

Born and raised in Bogota, Angela brings extensive experience in both financial services and talent management to her role as Talent Circle’s representative in Colombia. She started her professional career at ABN Amro, where she held roles in marketing and corporate coverage. Her strong client management and interpersonal skills led her to get increasingly involved in talent management and outsourcing roles. Before joining Talent Circle, she was a partner at VIP Selecciones, a human-resources consulting firm with strong focus on infrastructure. She holds an MBA from the Externado de Colombia.

Dana Aubakirova

Originally from Kazakhstan, Dana is naturally passionate about finance and Emerging Markets. Before joining Talent Circle, Dana held several positions in financial services, including analytics and loan syndication at Citigroup; a long-term internship in the Global Equity Research team at Bernstein Research, a unit of Alliance Capital; and product management in Corporate Marketing at R.H. Donnelley. Prior to business school Dana worked in customer service and business development at the HSBC start-up branch in Kazakhstan. She holds a MBA from Carnegie Mellon with concentrations in Finance, Strategy and Organizational Behavior, and a B.A. in International Business from Kazakh State University.

Monique Nose

Monique brings a distinctive Brazilian spirit to the position of Vice-President. Before joining The Talent Circle, Monique managed international fixed income, structured products, domestic and international hedge funds, foreign currencies and Brazilian equities, and IPOs as a Wealth Manager Coordinator at Unibanco, one of the largest private Banks in Brazil. Prior to Unibanco, Monique spent two and half years working at the Credit Card Division at Santander in Brazil. She holds a B.A. in Business from the Pontificia Universidade Católica–Rio de Janeiro (with a year at the Walter A. Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley) and a Finance Specialization in Banking and Investment Management from Fundação Dom Cabral and FIA, São Paulo.
