Rossanna began her diverse career representing Venezuela as a diplomat to the Committee on Finance at the United Nations in New York, and made the rare leap from public to private sector work by joining the Emerging Markets Group at JPMorganChase. Her desire to help further the careers of EM professionals worldwide led her to an executive director position at Options Group, where she was co-Head of Latin America, and established the company’s first office in São Paulo, Brazil. She founded The Talent Circle in 2007. Rossanna holds a B.A. in International Affairs from the Universidad Central de Venezuela and a M.A. in Government and Politics from St. John's University in New York. She is a PCC-level Columbia University-certified Executive Coach and has been honored Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum.

Angela Jimenez

Born and raised in Bogota, Angela brings extensive experience in both financial services and talent management to her role as Talent Circle’s representative in Colombia. She started her professional career at ABN Amro, where she held roles in marketing and corporate coverage. Her strong client management and interpersonal skills led her to get increasingly involved in talent management and outsourcing roles. Before joining Talent Circle, she was a partner at VIP Selecciones, a human-resources consulting firm with strong focus on infrastructure. She holds an MBA from the Externado de Colombia.

Cristina Almeida Harrer

Cristina brings a distinctive Brazilian spirit and extensive recruiting and coaching experience to The Talent Circle. In Brazil, she held recruiting roles at Arthur Andersen/Deloitte, TranSearch, FESA, KPMG and her own firm, NeoConsulting. She relocated to New York in 2008 and funded 2AlignConsulting LLC, a boutique search firm targeted to Brazilian banks and brokers in New York. Cristina is responsible for setting up The Talent Circle operations in Brazil. She holds a Psychology degree and a specialization in Career Management from University of São Paulo (USP).
